We've been on the customer's side of WhatsApp — running campaigns from a personal number, juggling spreadsheets, missing replies during festivals. Flowgento is the tool we wished we had.
Flowgento is a WhatsApp Business CRM platform built specifically for Indian SMBs. We help small and growing businesses manage WhatsApp customer conversations, automation, and team collaboration through a clean, mobile-first interface. Flowgento is operated by eMarinersApp, a registered Indian company headquartered in Odisha.
Flowgento started in 2026 as an internal tool to handle WhatsApp marketing for our own D2C and hospitality clients. Within a quarter, every operator we showed it to asked for access. So we packaged it.
We're opinionated about three things: the WhatsApp Business API should be accessible without an enterprise contract; pricing should be in rupees, not dollars; and every administrative action should leave a trail you can audit later.
We're a small team in India working with a growing customer base across hospitality, retail, services, and D2C. We answer support emails ourselves.
