1. How to Request Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your Flowgento account and all associated data without logging in. Simply email support@flowgento.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account.
Alternatively, log in to Flowgento and navigate to Settings → Account → Delete Account to initiate deletion directly.
2. Deletion scope
Deletion applies to ALL data connected to your account, including:
- Account profile and authentication credentials
- WhatsApp conversation history stored in Flowgento
- Contact list and CRM data
- Connected WABA tokens (which we will revoke at Meta)
- Billing and invoice records (retained only as legally required by Indian tax law)
- Audit logs and error reports
3. Processing time
We complete deletion requests within 30 days of receipt.
4. Confirmation
We will confirm deletion via email once completed.
5. Without account login
If you cannot access your account, you may still request deletion by emailing support@flowgento.com from the email you originally signed up with, OR by providing sufficient identifying information (e.g., WABA phone number, business name) for us to locate your account.
6. What may be retained
In limited circumstances, certain data may be retained after deletion:
- Anonymised, aggregated usage statistics that cannot identify you.
- Records required by Indian tax and financial regulations (up to 8 years).
- Audit logs required for legal compliance.
- Data in encrypted backups, which are automatically purged within 90 days.
